For FedEx services in the Republic of Moldova we build and run — together with CORST GRUP SRL, the official FedEx representative in the country — a platform that calculates complex prices and connects customer, order and service processes in one system.

A shipping price is neverjust weight times distance.

Destination country, region, package size, weight, packaging and transport mode all interlock. Exceptions and differing tariff models add complexity. At the same time, customers expect fast, comprehensible quotes and reliable answers on every contact channel.

So CORST GRUP didn't need yet another isolated tool — it needed a digital foundation where pricing logic, customer data, communication and integrations work together.

01 · Pricing logic

Complex tariffs.Consistent results.

The pricing engine brings multi-dimensional tariff logic together in one place: route and zone, FedEx or TNT service, import or export, product, packaging and weight. It handles base, customer and supplier tariffs as well as surcharges, discounts, currencies and manual approvals.

Every calculation follows the same business logic — whether a request comes in through the website, through sales or from a connected process. A qualified request can become a lead or an order directly, linked to its shipment and calculated rate.

The business value isn't the price form. It's a shared basis for decisions: quote, customer rate, supplier cost and margin.

02 · Process platform

Configurable day to day.Extensible at the core.

The platform core connects companies, contacts and activities with the operational modules of logistics. For every customer, master data, telephony with caller ID, financial status and history, and agreed terms come together in one place — a complete picture for sales and service.

Custom fields, value lists, saved views and filters plus freely defined pipeline phases make recurring adjustments a matter of configuration — not a development project.

Specialised capabilities — tariffs, shipments, manifests, contracts, finance — are built by t-next as real domain modules on the same core. The result is neither a rigid off-the-shelf CRM nor a new silo for every requirement.

Tenant separation, role-based navigation, row-level security, change metadata and soft delete form the technical base for SaaS-grade use.

03 · Service & AI

Personally reachable.Reliably tracked.

Through a central service portal, customers submit requests easily and can review them at any time. Status, follow-up questions and resolution stay transparent — and a real person takes personal ownership of the case.

Requests from chat and other service channels come together in one shared working context, with contact, message history and the person in charge. Internally, cases link to customer, order and invoice, enriched by activities, files and an AI-generated summary.

The AI works with real business context: the assistant pulls together customer, contact, activity, invoice, contract and order information — multilingual, from summaries to payment messages. Decisions and outbound communication stay with the team.

04 · Integrations & operations

From first contactto the invoice.

The platform doesn't stop at the CRM contact. It runs through leads, orders, shipments and rates, and supports operations with manifest import, invoices, balances, costs, credit notes, contracts and analytics. Tariff and zone data flows all the way into generated contract documents and annexes.

t-next is responsible for the system, not for isolated screens: we evolve integrations and domain modules and adapt the platform to new operational requirements. Architecture knowledge and product ownership stay available for the long run.
